Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

The secret is out. These are the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever eaten. I'm not kidding!

I never thought gluten free baked goods could taste like this. A special thanks to my amazing husband, Shane, who is a phenomenal baker. He gets all the credit for creating this recipe and making adjustments to make them GF. They are rich and delicate, and I'm now in love with baking with both almond and coconut flour. I've tested the recipe and with a few tips, we are ready to share the recipe with you and set you up for amazing cookie success! Tip #1 - Allow the butter and egg to sit out and adjust to room temperature. It's okay if you do this for a few hours. The more temperature adjusted these ingredients are, the better. Tip #2 - Cool the cookies on a wire rack. This step is critical in setting them up for the best flavor and texture.
