Cauliflower Crust Pizza
About 3 weeks ago, I decided to try a gluten free diet to see if it would help with some digestion issues. I've noticed an incredible difference and feel so much better as a result. Going gluten free is a pretty major lifestyle change, so I've spent a lot of time in the kitchen lately getting creative with my favorite dishes and ingredients. I would not be able to live without pizza, so my goal was to create a pizza that is delicious but also relatively healthy without extra ingredients that spike your blood sugar.
This pizza crust recipe is primarily cauliflower, with 1/4 cup almond flour, cheeses, spices and eggs. It's simple, clean and tastes so good you won't be missing the traditional flour crust. Try out this pizza with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
