Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken with Herb Goat Cheese & Toasted Almond Green Beans


Hello everyone and Happy Wednesday! After eating so much (amazing food) over the holiday, I've been conscious about cooking and eating much healthier this week. I'm excited to share this recipe that is easy to make and incredibly delicious. There are elements in this dish that allow you to taste indulgence, but overall it's healthy with great protein and green veggies. This has been one of my main go-to recipes when I'm entertaining. You can prep the chicken ahead of time and grill or bake whenever you're ready. My preference is to grill the chicken because it chars the prosciutto adding a bit of a crunch and I just love grilling!
