Basil Cucumber Tropical Twist
Yields 1 Serving
Ingredients:
| 1 Lime - 1 Slice & Squeeze of 1 Wedge
| 2 Large Basil Leaves
| 1/4 Inch Slice of Cucumber
| 1/4 Tsp Brown Sugar
| 1 Ounce Vodka
| 1 Ounce Dark Rum
| 1/2 Ounce Triple Sec
| 1 Ounce Sweet & Sour Mix
| 1 Ounce Sparkling Water
| 1 Ounce of Pineapple Juice
| Lime Wegde & Cucumber Slice for Garnish
Method:

Place lime slice, basil leaves, cucumber slice, brown sugar in tall glass or mixing container and muddle together with the a wooden spoon.

Add vodka, rum, sweet and sour mix, sparkling water, pineapple juice and juice of one lime wedge. Pour drink mixture into another glass and back into the other to mix the ingredients.

Pour over ice and garnish with cucumber and lime slice. I added a sprig of rosemary for an extra fun garnish as well.
