Passions range and grow, and to define myself by just one would be impossible. I love life! 

Life has taken me from Tennessee to living in China for four years, traveling the world and now residing in Southern California. I’m incredibly grateful for these experiences as they have given me exposure to variety and expression. 

 

I love music. 

I adore the art that exists everywhere in our universe.

I believe in letting out my goofiest, wildest, most tender, and vulnerable self whenever possible. 

I also love cats. 

A friend of mine described me in a quote, “Today is the best day of my life!” Apparently I say that A LOT! But every time I say it, I mean it whole heartedly and genuinely. 

I absolutely LOVE food and cooking! 

 

When I’m creating and cooking in the kitchen, it’s like giving my soul a big hug. My intention with this blog is to share this same passion and enthusiasm for life with YOU through each recipe.
